Please note we only ship most products to the US currently, with our pet bed collection shipping to most of North America (Mexico & Canada). Thank you for understanding.
Returns & Damages
We do not accept returns and refunds for exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you believe you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order for assistance. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.
Items eligible for an exchange must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these conditions are not met.
To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
Delays:
While we strive to ensure a timely delivery, please note that various shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as delays or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you experience any significant delays or issues with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. We may also offer you refunding in store credit.
Refunds:
Please be aware that refunds will be issued in store credit which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website. We are not obligated to offer refunds in cash, however we still hold the right to offer cash refunds on our own accord.
